Ordering + Availability

  • Each item is made to order through our printing partner. When you place an order, it’s custom printed and shipped directly to you — reducing waste and ensuring every piece is made with care.

  • Yes! Most of our drops are limited and only available for a short time. Once the window closes, those designs may not return.

  • All orders are placed online through our merch website. Occasionally, we’ll have limited quantities available at events or special Sundays — keep an eye on our Instagram for updates.

Quality + Style

  • Every piece is made using premium, heavyweight fabrics that feel soft, structured, and built to last. Each item is made-to-order to ensure consistent quality and attention to detail

  • We design with a minimal, streetwear-inspired aesthetic — clean lines, neutral tones, and timeless fits that work from Sunday to the street.

  • All items are printed and finished individually through our production partner using high-end printing methods for long-lasting color and feel.

Shipping + Delivery

  • Since each item is made to order, please allow 2–3 weeks for production, plus shipping time. You’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking number as soon as your order ships.

  • We charge a $5 flat shipping fee on all orders, plus $2.50 for each additional item in your cart. Shipping is free on orders $75+.

  • We’ll look into it right away and work with our production partner, Tapstitch, to resolve it — whether that means tracking down the shipment or sending a replacement.

    Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We can’t guarantee replacements for incorrect addresses.

  • Customers may be liable for customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Therefore, we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We will not be liable for any custom or import duties.

Sizing + Product Info

  • All our products are unisex and generally have a relaxed, loose fit. Working with a third party company there may be small inconsistencies in sizing in different items. Please make sure to check your sizing guide before purchasing.

  • We use premium cotton and cotton-blend fabrics, chosen for quality, comfort, and long-lasting wear. You’ll find material details listed under “Details” on each product page.

  • Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents to keep your garments soft and prints vibrant.

Returns + Exchanges

  • Because every piece is made to order, we can only accept returns or exchanges if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    Please double-check your size before ordering using the provided size chart.

  • We’re so sorry! Send a clear photo and your order number to store@hopecitychurch.ca so we can make it right!

  • Orders go into production quickly, so changes aren’t guaranteed. If you need to make an adjustment, email us right away and we’ll do our best to help before printing begins.

  • Each piece is designed by our in-house creative team at Hope City Church, combining faith, culture, and style into meaningful apparel you’ll actually want to wear.
